3. Repeat Infringers.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, AndroFyi.com may terminate user accounts or restrict access for repeat infringers.

4. Counter Notification.

If you believe your content was wrongly removed under the DMCA, you may submit a counter notice including:

  • Your name, address, and phone number;
  • Identification of the material that has been removed, including its location before removal;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was wrongly removed or disabled;
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter notice, we may restore the removed content per the DMCA provisions unless the copyright owner files court action.
